Overseas Return Policy

We guarantee your satisfaction. If you're not happy with your purchase,
simply return and get a refund or in exchange for other items.
The Item needs to be returned within 30 days after you receive it and
it should not be used.
Damaged/ Wrong item:
Please note we will require buyer to send us a photo of the damaged / wrong item in order to proceed with such return. We will give you a full refund (including international transactions) as well as the return shipping cost of our chosen shipping service.
International buyers (outside of Taiwan) :
For buyers outside of taiwan, no return shipping fee is refundable except the "Damaged / Wrong item" case.
Please note we will require buyer to send us a photo of the damaged / wrong item in order to proceed with such return. Returns will be determined on a case by case basis.
If there is a problem, please contact us (email@example.com) within 7 days of receiving the item(s). We can't be responsible for a change of mind or lost mail but if the mistake is ours, we will be glad to give full refund.
